The Lawsuit: Jewish Students Standing Up Against Antisemitism at George Washington University
Standing Up Against Antisemitism at GWU
For the past eighteen months, our coalition of parents, students, and alumni—GWU JPULSE—has worked tirelessly to support Jewish students and families confronting antisemitism and discrimination at George Washington University (GWU).
We have:
-
Co-founded GWU JPULSE, a parent–student coalition dedicated to advocacy and accountability.
-
Led direct efforts with GWU administration and external stakeholders, pressing for compliance and enforcement to protect students’ civil rights.
-
Coordinated campaigns and published reports documenting antisemitism, hostility, and misconduct across campus.
-
Developed policy recommendations and solutions to restore trust, transparency, and accountability at GWU.
-
Submitted documented communications to GWU leadership and federal agencies.
These efforts culminated in the filing of a Title VI federal lawsuit, exposing systemic failures to address antisemitism at the university.

This case is not just about one university—it is about upholding the rights and safety of Jewish students nationwide. Our mission is clear: no student should feel unsafe, unseen, or silenced because of who they are or what they believe.
